Thx for the advice 😀. I have tried moving the files into different folders such as the downloads folder and apps folder and I have also tried to move them onto my desktop but no matter where I moved them I couldn’t draw using my touch screen. I also tried renaming the file by putting random numbers or spaces in between the original name, which doesn’t seem to work either.
I wouldn’t say that this is a huge bug to fix since I can still draw with my mouse but it would be nice to use my touch screen since i’m more comfortable with it.
The only thing I haven’t tried is installing the Windows-Tab drivers. There are a lot of versions of those and i’m not sure if there’s a specific driver I should download. The first options I saw after I searched it were the options to download the drivers and firmware for the Surface pro 4 and Surface pro 3.Jansen BaileyParticipant
Hi Neil, the file won’t download on Windows 64-bit. A red caution symbol appears on the download bar on the bottom of my screen. Something in the file may make windows computers think it’s a virus when its not.I own a Windows 10 64-bit 8th Gen.
