I did save the piece with the audio before I over used the lasso tool.

Yes, but I don’t think it was the audio. I now see that it was over use of the lasso tool.

Wow, thanks for the information. I don’t think you need to change the program at all. I just needed to know how it works. Again, I am brand new to animation. I can really work around the very helpful information you gave me. I was relying heavily on the cut and lasso tool because I am drawing by mouse. One day I will have a tablet . . . But, really, I too prefer the idea of keeping the software simple and clean.

I do love the software! It is really intuitive, fun and I find my ideas just coming to life before my eyes. I just read the “report a bug” post and will add that currently I am drawing with my mouse, and I forgot to mention I added audio when it crashed. I am using v5.0 Alpha 3.1.

I too experience crashing upon saving my new scenes. I was going to suggest auto save too! I had copied drawings and cut them out to create a camera zoom effect. Upon playing back what I created and satisfied I saved the scene only to have it crash. All work lost. I use a Mac, Mojave 10.14 with a Radon Pro 580 8 Gig graphics card, 4.2 GHz i7 processor – if that helps.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Thank you. With the Huion Tablet, I imagine the instructions to connect it to my Mac will be explained with the tablet, or do I need extra software? You software seems like a dream come true!

Another question, can you use a program like Papagayo or CrazyTalk to sync the lips or is there a secret to lip syncing?

Hello, I am a newbie to animation, I apologize in advance for my questions – if they seem silly.

    1. Do you draw from a tablet or on the screen? I find I sketch better on paper not the desktop screen. If you use a drawing tablet, which work? If so, how do you get the tablet to work in conjunction with the desktop? I have a 2nd gen tablet and in the post COVID world a wacom is out of the question, financially. I was looking at a Huion – would that work?
    2. Is it possible to import sketches drawn on paper and trace them?
