Hi, I’m currently using alpha 4 on my windows 10, my question is, is there a settings where I can draw outside the canvas instead of only draw inside the canvas area?
No setting. But you CAN freely draw outside the canvas. It will not be immediately visible, but your lines are there. If you select All (shortcut A) or lasso the outside area, you will be able to see and pick up your lines/drawing.
