    Can’t figure out, how to import audio file(

    There’s a natural explanation. 🙂 Sound is not done yet. You can’t import or play audio just yet. It will come in one of the following alpha updates.

    if one of the alpha updates include sound, will i be able to do audio scrubbing for lip synch

    Yes! You will be able to scrub the playhead in the timeline while hearing the audio scrubbing too.
