When I create a new drawing and edit it, it applies to the previous drawing.

2. Create a new drawing.

3. Add a layer to it with the Add Layer button. A layer is added to the first instead.

I’m not sure I understand fully though – when you say “Add Layer button” do you mean the menu item “New Layer”?

… Or maybe you are talking about what is called a “clone” in Animation Paper? So when you say “create a new drawing” you mean “add clone drawing”?

I think you maybe could be misunderstanding how AP works – I will love to explain, but please get back to me with clarification, so we don’t talk past each other 😉
