New release ready for download!

We just released the next version (v5.0 beta 2) of Animation Paper!

Get the free update here: DOWNLOAD.

It's mostly bug fixes and small adjustments. Most importantly, we have fixed a problem causing the audio to be delayed or out of sync.

I just wonder if this is the same version that Mo and I were testing for the Windows Ink problem?

It is more or less the same. Only difference, I believe, is that the Use Windows Ink setting is off as default (thanks to your testing!).

Thanks for this version. Ive downloaded days ago and im doing a front walk of a kid from a japanese animation book. Im waiting for the colour updates.

Such a fantastic and intuitive set of tools. When do you think color will be available? Painting white or lighter tones into darker ones would help my process in Animation Paper tremendously. Thank you in advance.

Thanks 🙂 Paint and color will come as the first thing (v5.1) after the version we are finishing up now (v5.0). We have planned color all along, so having it as a point-upgrade, means it will be free for all who owns the 5.0. The 5.0 should be finished and ready for purchase within this year.
