Reverse "add clone after each selected drawing"

I would say the fastest and easiest way, if you don't have too many clones, is to just drag them away. Click the last clone and drag upwards. This can be done very quickly once you are used to it.
If you have a lot of clones, you will find it easier to click the first one, Hold Shift and click the last one - then they are all selected - now hit Ctrl Delete (or Cmd Delete if you are on Mac). You can also find this in the Edit menu as Delete Selected Drawings.
...
Now that I read your question again, I realized that maybe you are asking about something else: Do you want to delete ALL clones in a layer and keep only original drawings?
If that is the case, then there's no button/feature that does that. But I would do it this way: Go to Slide Mode. Drag your last original upwards and keep doing it - you will slide it through "the sea of clones" and drag previous original drawings before it like a train of drawings - until all of your original drawings are at the very top with out any clones between them. Now all clones are at the end of your animation and can easily be deleted using the Shift-select method I described above.
Now when I try to do this myself, I realize it would be handy if the X-Sheet would automatically scroll upwards when sliding originals this way. This is something we (developers) must take a look at... 🙂
I hope this answers your question. Thanks!

Yes, I was referring to a situation like in the image I attached—where I (hypothetically) accidentally added clones across many frames and then saved the file. In that case, is there a faster way to clean things up than manually scrolling through 50+ frames and dragging each clone up one by one?
Thanks again for the help!

In this particular situation I don't see any other way than just drag them up one by one. Or maybe this will be faster for you? - Use this shortcut combination:
Cursor Down, Ctrl Backspace, Cursor Down, Ctrl Backspace...
This will jump to the next original drawing (Cursor Down) and delete the drawing/clone before (Ctrl Backspace). Repeat with all of them...
(If you are on Mac, it's Cmd Backspace)
Thanks,
