I haven’t tried it my self on a Surface, but I was under the impression that the fingers WAS automatically only used for panning/zooming/rotating – not drawing. I will investigate this and make sure we add such a feature as you suggest. Because it must be annoying without it! 😉 Thanks a lot for the heads up!
