I have not found a function to rearrange the drawing order.
If I need to add drawings at the beginning of the timeline, a “Add before” function would be great 🙂

The “add before” is there – and called “insert drawing”.

Use slide mode to slide original drawings around. This is for adjusting local timing without ruining the overall timing of your shot. But you can not slide across/beyond another original.

If you want to move a drawing to a completely other place in the timeline, use cut/paste.
