For some reason I don’t get thick-thin or opacity tapering with pressure sensitivity from my tablet. It works in other programs, but in animation paper it’s not working. Is there possibly a setting in AP that I could’ve turned off pressure sensitivity or is this a known issue? I wanna say i had noticed this prior to the latest version, but I think it was working at some point prior.

Thanks a lot for reporting this Randy. Just yesterday another user reported the same – also with a Huion. So it seems we need to investigate and get something fixed.

In the meantime, it seems this workaround should work for you too:

Find the file β€œqt.conf” (probably here C:\Program Files\Animation Paper\qt.conf). Delete it or rename it (to save it). Then launch Animation Paper again.

This will force Animation Paper to use Windows Ink – which should give you pressure sensitivity.

Please let me know if this helps.

    Thanks,
    Niels

Many thanks Niels. This maneuver also fixed the problem on another tablet: VEIKK A15 Pro πŸ˜πŸ‘
