    When moving cursor from drawing area (after drawing a line) to a toolbar icon (hovering over), such as drawing/erasing tools at top, label for an icon does not appear for as long as 3 to 4 seconds, or sometimes not at all.
    Running Windows 7 on Lenovo N500 laptop and Wacom ET-0405-U tablet.

    Those labels are regular “tool tips”. They are supposed to only show if you keep your pointer still on top of an icon for a few seconds. So it seems to me to work as intended. It’s easier to hold it completely still using the mouse.
