Hi Niel

I can’t connect to the license server on my laptop so I need a new license key ASAP.

I had to reinstall my laptop then install the AP software again and now I can’t connect to the server.

You should be able to use the same activation key as you used on your old install. Do you still have the email?

I still use the same email so I don’t know if I have to download an older version to get it working again.

The AP  works on my project computer but I don’t know why it’s not working on my laptop now and I’m using the same activation key.

Can you send another activation key with the same email address?

Strange. Your activation key is good. Even if I got our system to issue a new activation key, it would be the exact same one for you.

The problems is something else. Something with the connection between your laptop and our license server. I do know that a few others have had similar problems, but their problems always seemed to go away if they just tried it again later. Did you try it again by any chance?

Please let me know. I would like help – and get to the bottom of this.

OK, I’m sorry to hear that. I’ll talk to my programmer, to see if there’s anything we can test for – in order to find out what the problem is.

Yay, Animation Paper  Alpha 8 works on the laptop and thank you for the new update Niels. 🙂
