Activation key not working
Devs., i put my email on the thing and i get the activation key, i put on the area and say some shit like "oh your son of a bitch, you cant use the activation key because a lazy guy desactivated the fucking internet (bit is actived) and enter in this site" and i goes to the site and error 404

Sorry you are having trouble - but thanks for your humorous way of explaining it! 🙂
You are not supposed to go to that server with your browser - it's not a webserver, thus giving you the error code.
What the message means is that you need to check your firewall if it allows access to our license server. It have to have access - otherwise it doesn't work.

dont have the animation paper on firewall So I turned it off completely to avoid battles AND THIS FUCKING MESSAGE ONTINUE POPOING sorry i exalted myself but is it
i used as adminstrator and deactivated the firewall this sht and continue the dickkissing error, fix the license server bro, im spent 2 months finding by the perfect 2d animaiton software, i found this and Of course, there would be a FUCKING OBSTACLE in the middle of this software for me to use.
Wow 🙂 That is unfortunate. I certainly want you to try Animation Paper - I think you will love it. But of course we need to solve this problem first. It's very weird.
I will talk with our lead programmer (Frederik), who will be able to do some tests. Hopefully we can find a solution. I will be back asap!

I believe Win 10 should have curl installed, so please try the following command from either a PowerShell or Command prompt
"C:\windows\system32\curl.exe -v https://licenses.animationpaper.com"
and paste the output here.
I'm afraid to mess with system32 because what if my PC dies? So how am I supposed to use Animation Paper if I have to mess with that diabolical folder? And also, I don't have curl.exe on my PC.
That command will not mess with system32, it just assumes that there is a curl.exe in that folder and runs it.
Perhaps your windows version is too old to have curl builtin. I suspect that since it is that old, it will also not have the root certificate which is used by the TLS connection that AnimationPaper uses to connect to the license server. Your browser uses its own list of root certificates, which is why you could download the AnimationPaper installer from animationpaper.com, which relies on the same root cert.
Please try from a PowerShell prompt:
Invoke-WebRequest -Verbose https://licenses.animationpaper.com
