If it returns a 404, that means you do establish a connection to the license server. That's a good sign!
But if the license page in AP at the same time says it cannot connect to the license server, that's really weird.

Quote from Niels on December 11, 2025, 8:56 amSo sorry, I get that you are frustrated. I think that there is a language barrier here, - I think you misunderstood. Frederik meant, that your computer successfully got connected to our license server - which means at least something is working. That's good! We are trying to figure out what the problem is, by braking it down into smaller steps. It's not that "you should establish a connection" - we would never ask you to do such a vague thing 🙂
To be very clear: Your computer is old, and for some reason doesn't behave as we are used to. However, we think there's a chance we can make it work. At least we hope so. That's why we are trying to help you. It takes a bit of time, because it takes several days for you to answer us, but that is OK, we understand that you might not have time to fiddle with these issues every day.
Would you, by any chance, have access to another computer? I mean, do you have an extra computer in your home, or maybe a friend of yours can let you try installing Animation Paper on his/hers? It would be intersting to see if we can get Animation Paper running there. Just to test it.
Thanks for your patience.
