I'm not part of the Animation Paper team but I'd like to give my own opinion on it. As an animatic, I think it's good. The movements are readable and straightforward. As an animation though, this would act more so as key frames rather than something that is final. You can definitely add in-betweens to complete the motion.

I agree with what EinSoft said above though. I think your piece works as it is - maybe you want to keep it like this. But if you want to make the movement flow, then next step is to draw breakdowns and in-betweens.
