Just to explain: I consider the “empty frame” to be still not existing. It’s only when you begin to draw in it that it pops into existence and goes white. Alternatively you can use Ctrl (PC) or Cmd (Mac) + Down arrow to make a real new frame (drawing). Then it is white right away. I didn’t consider that you would use the zoom/rotate/move tool on the empty frame. I do hear what you are saying though. It could easily be more visible. Noted! Thanks!
