Hi, I have a similar issue. I tried installing animation paper and the installation worked fine but when I entered the activation key in the activation key box, it closed and nothing happened. So a few times I restarted the laptop and uninstalled and reinstalled the program and when I went through the installation process again it worked well. However, when I entered the activation key in the box again, it said that it could not connect to the server and the internet was working during those times. I use Windows 8.1.
