Strange. Your activation key is good. Even if I got our system to issue a new activation key, it would be the exact same one for you.

The problems is something else. Something with the connection between your laptop and our license server. I do know that a few others have had similar problems, but their problems always seemed to go away if they just tried it again later. Did you try it again by any chance?

Please let me know. I would like help – and get to the bottom of this.
