Hi Aeon, sorry for the troubles.

The registration/confirmation emails, must be regarding this website (to go onto this forum), which is different from the activation key registration for your license. I understand having two separate systems are not ideal – later we will have only one.

Anyway, you are doing it correctly by clicking the link in the activation key window. It must have been a temporary thing with our webserver. We have been experiencing some overloading lately. But it is working now, so please just try it again.

I was having a similar issue with clicking the register-pre-release link and getting a blank page:

The solution for me was to disable ublock origin and umatrix on the page. Hope this helps someone in the future!

Thanks for posting this S.L.! I’m happy you found a solution and you got your activation key.

I am suspecting some glitches/problems that we are experiencing with this webserver being the reason for what you got (thanks for the screenshot by the way). Just tested everything – and at least it works right now. However, it is so frustrating that these glitches occur. We are in the process of changing provider and setting up a new and much better server and website, that can handle all the users we have now and will get in the future.
