In reply to: Cannot click toolbar menues at top of screen with tablet
August 27, 2024 at 8:34 pm #7009JalenR11ParticipantHi, thanks for the help. I tried using full work area feature on the tablet, the menus did not show up long enough and went back to not showing at all. I have a XP pen Deco mini 7 but came across the same issue.

June 16, 2024 at 10:22 pm #6726JalenR11ParticipantHi, I recently installed the software again and made a comment on another post that was similar to some of the problems I facing with the menu options in the software when using the tablet. When I open the software, it still shows a pop up window that disappears fast and then the software opens. Did the team find anything and if so will there be another installer if it becomes resolved? Thank you.

June 16, 2024 at 10:17 pm #6725JalenR11ParticipantHi, I was also experiencing the same issue. I am using an Xp Pen tablet that is the Deco Mini 7. In another post, I mentioned that when I tried to click on the menu options at the top of the program with the tablet, the drop down options did not appear like they should. However, when I used the touchpad, the menu options worked fine. I used the tablet before on the previous version of Animation Paper and the menu options worked fine, but with Alpha 8.1 they did not.
I recently reinstalled the program to see if anything changed but it still does not work properly.

January 25, 2024 at 4:55 pm #6375JalenR11ParticipantHi, the file worked properly when I imported it in one animation software, but was unsupported in other software that I used. I think it depends on what programs can support the file. Thank you and to Frederik as well for your help.

January 24, 2024 at 11:15 pm #6362JalenR11ParticipantIt is fine. I had to reupload screenshots and replies to the forum but was able to. For some reason the messages dissappear when I try to edit replies. I exported another animation like you suggested and the same error occured. I made a quick test animation to share with you and sent two files to your email. I tried to export that file and got the same issue. The problem seems consistant.
Thank you.
Below is a screenshot of the error  Â

Specs:
Windows 10 Home 64 bit Operating system, x64 based processor
Graphics Card/Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.00 GHZ
Memory: RAM 8.00 GB

December 17, 2021 at 8:35 pm #4180JalenR11ParticipantYes, the stroke does lag a bit when zoomed in more on the canvas compared to when it is zoomed out. For example, it is like when there is less stabilization on a brush, it moves faster on a canvas at a lower number but when the stabilization is higher, the brush moves a little bit slower. Please let me know if you are able to understand.
